Event Nature

MandateX Summit™ is a professional, invitation-driven investment summit. Participation does not constitute investment advice, solicitation, or financial promotion.

All content is informational and strategic in nature.

Registration and Access

• Registration is subject to approval
• MandateX reserves the right to refuse or revoke access without liability
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

1. Payments

All registration fees and sponsorship payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. MandateX Summit™ does not store credit or debit card details.

2. General Policy

Except as expressly set out below, all registrations are considered final and non-refundable. By completing registration, the registrant expressly acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

3. Cancellation Requests (Delegate Tickets Only)

A registrant may submit a written cancellation request only if the request is received no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the official start date of the event.

• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to: join@mandatexsummit.com
• The date of receipt of the written request shall determine eligibility.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Where a cancellation request is accepted under Section 3.3:

• Any approved refund shall be processed only after the conclusion of the event
• Refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days following the final day of the event
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds shall be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• Cancellation requests submitted less than thirty (30) days prior to the event
• Failure to attend the event, in whole or in part, for any reason
• Visa denial, travel disruption, personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or force majeure affecting the attendee
• Post-event refund requests, regardless of attendance
• Removal of an attendee due to breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms & Conditions

6. Sponsorships, Partnerships, and Corporate Packages

All sponsorships, partnerships, exhibition packages, and corporate registrations are strictly non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise agreed explicitly in writing.

7. Event Changes or Force Majeure

MandateX Summit™ reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, format, or schedule. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

In the event the Summit is postponed, relocated, or delivered in an alternative format due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, registrations may be transferred to the rescheduled event at MandateX's discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be assessed in accordance with applicable UAE law.

8. Legal Compliance

This refund policy is designed to comply with applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates while reflecting the operational realities of a high-level institutional event involving venue commitments, speaker arrangements, and regulatory approvals.

Code of Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves professionally. MandateX reserves the right to remove any attendee engaging in:

• Disruptive behavior
• Harassment or misconduct
• Unauthorized solicitation or promotion

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Intellectual Property

All event content, branding, materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of MandateX Summit™ or its licensors. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Program Changes

MandateX reserves the right to modify speakers, agenda, timing, venue layout, or format without liability.

Limitation of Liability

MandateX shall not be liable for:

• Business decisions made based on event content
• Losses, damages, or indirect claims
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control

Liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for registration.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
